Day 2Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen

After breakfast, begin your journey to Rabat, Morocco’s elegant capital city. Visit the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the picturesque Kasbah of the Udayas with its white-and-blue streets overlooking the Bou Regreg River. Continue through the scenic Rif Mountains until you reach Chefchaouen, the famous Blue City. Spend the evening wandering its peaceful blue-painted streets, lively squares, and local artisan shops.

Day 3Free Day To Explore Chefchaouen

Today is dedicated to discovering the charm of Chefchaouen. Walk through the narrow blue alleyways, browse traditional handicraft stores, and relax in Plaza Uta El Hammam surrounded by cafés and restaurants.

Visit the historic Kasbah Museum or hike to the Spanish Mosque for breathtaking panoramic views over the blue city, especially at sunset. Chefchaouen offers countless opportunities for photography and a truly relaxing atmosphere.

Day 4Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

Leave Chefchaouen after breakfast and travel to the impressive Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring beautifully preserved mosaics, temples, and ancient columns. Continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s four Imperial Cities, where you’ll explore Bab Mansour Gate, El Hedim Square, and the Royal Granaries.

Later in the afternoon, drive to Fes, where you’ll spend the night in a traditional Moroccan riad.

Day 5Guided Tour of Fes

After breakfast, enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Fes, Morocco’s oldest Imperial City and cultural capital. Visit the magnificent Royal Palace gates, the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), Al Quaraouiyine University, the famous Chouara Tanneries, and the beautiful Bou Inania Madrasa. Wander through the UNESCO-listed medina, where artisans continue centuries-old traditions of leatherwork, pottery, weaving, and metal craftsmanship. The vibrant atmosphere of Fes offers an unforgettable cultural experience.

Today’s journey takes you across the beautiful Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco” for its alpine-style architecture and clean streets. Continue to the cedar forests of Azrou, where you may encounter Barbary macaques. After lunch in Midelt, travel through the spectacular Ziz Valley, famous for its thousands of date palm trees and dramatic landscapes.

Arrive in Merzouga in the late afternoon, where you’ll enjoy a camel trek across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes before reaching your luxury Sahara Desert camp. Spend the evening enjoying a traditional Moroccan dinner, Berber music around the campfire, and an unforgettable night beneath the stars.

Day 7Sahara Desert 4×4 Safari Adventure

After breakfast, enjoy an exciting 4×4 desert safari around the Erg Chebbi dunes. Visit the traditional Gnawa village of Khamlia, meet a local Berber nomad family for mint tea, explore fossil sites and the seasonal Merzouga Lake (when water is present), and admire the breathtaking desert scenery. After lunch, return to your hotel to relax before enjoying a beautiful Sahara sunset and an overnight stay in Merzouga.

Day 8Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley

Leave the Sahara behind and visit the traditional market town of Rissani, once the ancient capital of the Tafilalt region. Continue through palm-filled oases toward the spectacular Todra Gorge, where towering limestone cliffs rise over 300 meters high, creating one of Morocco’s most impressive natural wonders.

After time to walk through the gorge, continue along the famous Road of a Thousand Kasbahs to the beautiful Dades Valley, known for its dramatic rock formations and scenic landscapes.

Day 9Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

After breakfast, travel west toward the charming Atlantic coastal city of Essaouira. Along the way, stop at an argan oil cooperative to learn about Morocco’s famous “liquid gold.” Upon arrival, explore the UNESCO-listed medina, stroll along the historic fishing port, admire the impressive Skala ramparts, and enjoy fresh seafood overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Essaouira’s relaxed atmosphere offers a refreshing contrast to Morocco’s bustling imperial cities.
